Specific Need

Our specific need is to continue our mission of serving individuals and families who are homeless, or are facing homelessness.  We are looking to open our doors once again to 24/7 service.  Your financial support will help us with overnight staff and overhead costs.  We also appreciate volunteers and material support of gently used or new items, food or meals to offer those coming in for day services.

Mission

Fresh Start's mission is to help individuals and families facing homelessness with emergency shelter, while connecting them to supportive and essential services with our collaborating partners in the community.  Our vision is to build the bridge between those who need help with those that can help by connecting people to resoures.  

We serve all people with dignity and respect, and without discrimination.

Profile

We are currently developing a plan to offer Transitional Housing to Rapid Re-housing supportive services in Junction City for those who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.  We will be able to assist 11 households with 20 beds in our Transitional Housing Shelter, and additional individuals and families with financial assistance and supportive services to remain in their current home, with the goal of ending homelessness in our community.
