Our community faces a critical challenge: our food access index falls below the state and national average. This means many residents lack access to nutritious, affordable food. To address this issue, we manage programs to increase access to healthy food and reduce food insecurity.

Our community meals offer nutritious, free food weekly, while the Geary Community Farmers Market provides access to fresh, healthy produce. Your support is crucial to ensuring these vital programs continue to serve our community. Live Well is organized for the purpose of inspiring and advancing policy, systems and environmental changes that make it easier for Geary County, Kansas residents to lead healthy lives.
