Specific Need
Since Friends of Animals, Inc. organized in the fall of 1999, we haved saved over 10,000+ animals. This year alone, through September 2024, we have spent over $40,000 on the medical care and wellbeing of neglected, abused, and homeless animals within Geary County, KS area. All monies received go directly to the animals, as we are an all-volunteer organization.
Mission
Friends of Animals, Inc's purpose is to educate our community about the importance of spaying and neutering and to find forever homes and rescues for homeless pets in Geary County. All FOA donations aide homeless pets in our area.

Rescue organizations also send their vans to pick up our homeless pets after they have been vetted.
Volunteer transport drivers also drive the homeless pets directly to rescue organizations.
